Refund policy

You may cancel this Agreement within 10 working days from the date of execution free of charge, or at any time before you take possession of the Products but in the latter case, You will be liable to pay a Cancellation Charge of 15%, capped at a maximum charge of $250 including GST provided that Layaway Depot is not in breach of this Agreement.
